Warranties
Ketcham Fencing guarantees all of our fences against failure and defects in workmanship for one full year for residential projects and one full year for commercial projects. All Ketcham Fencing warrantees are non-transferable and are only valid for the original customer. Fencing materials are warranted by the manufacturerer and vary in time from 10 years to lifetime, pending on the product installed.
Our warrantee does not protect against:
1. Defects caused by workmanship by other contractors or damage caused by misuse
2. Defects caused by self-installation
3. Costs incurred by repairs by other contractors
4. Damage caused by natural disasters
5. Damage caused by improper use of paints, weather guards and cleaning products
